At the Island Guest House Bed and Breakfast, we feature two different styles of rooms, Ensuite and European Style.

Our Ensuite Rooms feature a private bathroom.

If you are traveling on a budget, our European Style Rooms may be the perfect fit! Depending on your room choice, you can save over $100 per night, compared to our Ensuite rooms. Each European Style Room has a personal vanity sink in the room, and the bathrooms (choice of 2) are across or down the hall.

Whichever type of room you choose, you will receive the same delicious breakfasts, the same amenities and the excellent personable service and care that we give to each and everyone of our guests.

The Fine Print

Reservation Policies:

Rooms are for Double occupancy, except where noted under room descriptions. Rooms that allow an additional person will be charged $25 per person.

Room rates are subject to a 6.625% New Jersey sales tax, a 5% NJ State Occupancy tax and a 3% Municipal Occupancy tax.

Rooms may have a minimum night stay requirement.

Check-in time 3 pm - Check-out time 11 am

Pets are welcome in many of our rooms and in our Cottage. Check with us or online to find our Pet Friendly rooms.

Children -Well-behaved children over 8 years are welcome.

If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM, please give us a call so we can ensure someone is here to meet you or so we can tell you how to get to your room when you arrive.

Deposit Policies:

A 50% minimum deposit is required to reserve your room, or the total amount for a 1 night stay. Any balances paid by credit card are subject to a 4% service fee, however deposits by credit card are not.

Our Standard Cancellation Policies For Reservations without Specials:

Please read all of the Cancellation Policies below. If you think you may need to cancel, you may want to purchase trip insurance at insuremytrip.com. The Island Guest House assumes no responsibility for any particular insurance carrier's policies.

Your stay is guaranteed and confirmed at the time you make your reservation.

Giving of your credit card number constitutes your acceptance of our policies.

Reservations with Promotional Specials Cannot be Cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be made by email at islandguesthouse@comcast.net .

Your reservation must be paid in full for us to make the room available for somebody else to re-rent your night(s).

We will do everything we can to assist in reducing your charges on cancellations.

Each night that we are able to re-rent your room, you will be refunded the amount for that night, minus a $40 service Charge.

If we are unable to re-rent your room night(s) to another guest reservation, you will be charged the full amount for each night.

Charges for groups and special events may be non-refundable.

If you have Covid concerns, we recommend outside travel insurance to protect your investment. Forbes recommends www.Squaremouth.com .
