* Book the entire Inn, and all indoor and outdoor venue spaces are included and available throughout your stay for parties, receptions, rehearsal dinners or farewell breakfast.

* There are NO additional per person or venue charges when the entire Inn is booked for MAY through June, the second weekend in July or after the Labor Day Weekend. (Minimum Nights Apply)

* The outside garden has umbrella tables and chairs for 40 as well as a TIKI Bar and sound system.

* You can tent outside, add a dance floor and add more seating, up to 80, if you choose. (Rental fees will apply)

* Inside there is also seating for 40 people between our Sea Glass room which joins the garden, and the reception area with an antique bar.
